All quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual weight, dimensions, accessorials, or changes in fuel surcharges at the time of shipment.

3. Liability and Claims

Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is strictly limited according to our standard Bill of Lading terms and applicable transport regulations (such as the Carmack Amendment for US freight).

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
